We are currently working with a range of SEN and SEMH schools across Newcastle and the surrounding areas, who are looking for dedicated SEND Teachers to support on both short-term and long-term supply basis.

The Role:
- Deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH
- Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges
- Create a structured, safe and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with support staff, SENCOs and external agencies
- Manage behaviour effectively using a calm and consistent approach
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience working within SEN and/or SEMH settings
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
