Mechanical Contracts Manager

Up to £65,000 + Package (DOE)

A well-established M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

Working across a range of commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare projects, you will take ownership of multi-million-pound mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

* Managing multiple mechanical projects from start to finish

* Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams

* Managing project costs, variations, and reporting

* Ensuring health & safety compliance across all sites

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager

* Background delivering commercial or mixed-sector M&E projects

* Strong understanding of mechanical services

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Good communication and leadership skills

* Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
