About the home:

This is a national LD based company offering support work to LD clients in New Milton based in single location. Seeking Support Workers to provide care and support to Adults with Asperger's, Complex needs, and Autism.

About the role:

You will operate within one residential location and work in a local community setting, providing hands on care to the service users you support, so you can expect to have total involvement with everything they do. No day is the same.

Key responsibilities of the Support Worker:

The Support Worker will oversee their own clients and must be familiar with autism spectrum needs or similar even if on a personal basis. You must be commitment to providing quality care and support, with a passion to make a difference. to vulnerable adults lives. You will also be involved in assisting with activities, in-house and in the community.
