Bilingual Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service support through phone and email
• Respond to inquiries related to case-specific support information
• Review and respond to correspondence in a timely manner
• Keep accurate and timely records of customer interactions
• Assist with mailings and other projects as needed

Customer Support Representative Requirements:
• 6, 500+ key strokes per hour preferred with very strong accuracy
• Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
• Professional demeanor, quick learner, ability to multi task and adjust to change easily
• Ability to take direction and work with minimum supervision to meet company deadlines

Customer Support Representative Pay and Benefits:
• Long Term Contract with potential for Contract to Hire
• Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8: 30 A.M. To 5: 00 P.M.
• Location: St Louis Park, MN
