A regional contractor requires a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to add commercial support to a prime residential scheme in the Cotswolds.

Your main surveying duties will include:

• Carrying out subcontractor variations and valuations
• Procuring & negotiating subcontract packages
• Placing subcontract orders,

Skills and Attributes Required
• Minimum of 5 years' quantity surveying experience
• Proven successful record with a main contractor
• High end residential experience would be an advantage
