Are you a qualified Electrician with strong experience in social housing? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to join their growing team.

The Role:

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works across tenanted social housing properties. This is a permanent, full-time role offering job security, a steady workload, and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied properties

* Testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance

* Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works

* Ensuring all work meets current regulations and safety standards

* Providing excellent customer service to tenants

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

* 2391/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification (or equivalent)

* Previous experience working in tenanted social housing

* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner

* Full UK driving licence
