Join a leading UK events-sector company as a Warehouse Manager. You will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics, accurate equipment handling, and strong team coordination. The team support a wide range of live projects and productions.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse logistics, ensuring efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of equipment.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring full coverage and prioritisation of urgent work.
  • Coordinate transport for deliveries and collections, including occasional out-of-hours requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse facility.
  • Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, breaks, and annual leave, modelling professionalism and punctuality.
  • Supervise loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Spot stock or equipment shortfalls before dispatch.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across other warehouse locations to maintain consistent standards.
  • Support the accuracy and maintenance of the warehouse booking/tracking system.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to ensure equipment is prepared for the needs of each event or production.
  • Coordinate with booking and customer service teams on client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communication skills across teams and departments.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach suited to the fast-moving events industry.
  • Experience in warehouse management or a similar operations role (industry training provided).
  • Flexibility to work occasional late nights, early starts, and weekend shifts.
