REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have CDL A for a minimum of 2 years
• No reckless driving convictions within the last 3 years
• No DWI or DUI convictions within the last 3 years
• No more than one moving violation within the past year and no more than two moving violations or accidents within the past 3 years
• No major preventable accidents within the past two years
• No more than 7 jobs in the last 5 years
