Our well-regarded Independent school in Hillingdon is seeking an Enthusiastic English Teacher to inspire a love of language and literature in students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will join a well-resourced and collaborative Humanities faculty.

Location: Hillingdon Role: English Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Salary: Inner London Payscale

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and creative English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Foster a love of reading and develop students' writing, analytical, and communication skills.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement a stimulating English curriculum.

* Assess and monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support their learning.

* Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in English.

* Degree in English or a related field.

* Experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4.

* A genuine passion for English language and literature and the ability to inspire students.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* A commitment to student progress and achievement in English.
