Night Concierge - £30,000 per annum

Location: WoodfordShift Pattern: 3 on / 3 offHours: 7pm-7amType: Permanent

We're recruiting a Night Concierge for a large, high-end residential development in Woodford. This is a lone-working role, ideal for someone calm, reliable, and confident handling security and resident interaction overnight.

If you've got great common sense, a warm approach, and take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment - this one's for you.

The Role

• Overnight concierge cover for a private residential estate

• 3 patrols per night (around 1.5 hours each)

• Key-holder duties & building checks

• Providing an excellent front-of-house experience for residents

• Handling queries, logging incidents, and keeping the development safe

• Working independently - confidence and reliability are essential

What We're Looking For

• Security, night work, or concierge background (preferred but not essential)

• Strong judgement and common sense

• Friendly, calm, approachable personality

• Someone dependable and committed - the team values consistency

• Able to work 7pm-7am on a 3 on / 3 off rotation
