Cafe Manager

As Cafe Manager, you’ll take ownership of the daily operations, ensuring customers enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll support your team to maintain high standards, and keep everything running smoothly – from stock and rota management to financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain our reputation and build new clients & customers
• Manage rotas, stock control, and operational standards
• Oversee P&L and budgets (training provided if needed)
• Drive a positive, supportive team culture
• Work alongside events and sales team

About you:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager.
• A people person who loves leading and developing a team
• Organised, reliable, and hands-on
• Eager to take ownership and make a difference
• Able to deliver first class service
