Job Title: Speech & Language Therapist

Salary: up to £40,000 dependant on experience (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

🧩 About the role:

Deliver 1:1 and group therapy sessions
Contribute to EHCP reviews and behaviour support planning
Support emotional regulation, resilience, and communication skills
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (education and therapy staff)
Help develop and implement individualised therapeutic interventionsWhat We're Looking For:

Recognised and relevant Speech and Language qualification
Registered with HCPC
Experienced with neurodiversity and complex needs
Skilled in therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and engagementTo be eligible you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related referencesThis is a full-time position starting in September 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate).
