They are now seeking confident and target-driven Telesales Executives to join their high-performing team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced outbound sales professionals looking for a supportive environment, structured training, and strong earning potential.

Key Telesales Executive Responsibilities

* Deliver against campaign objectives and achieve individual targets

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate leads

* Engage with key decision-makers to identify business needs and qualify opportunities

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to nurture leads and increase brand awareness

* Accurately record all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system

* Monitor performance and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader

* Carry out market research to support campaign success

* Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve campaign performance

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role

* Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner

* Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers

* Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs

* Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented approach
