Let's start with the offer: around £55,000 salary, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, 5% pension, life insurance, and free parking. You'll be based in North Leeds, with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week.
You'll be the finance manager driving the numbers behind supported living for vulnerable adults. Think mental health support, addiction recovery, and physical disability care - all backed by solid financial control and insight. It's meaningful work, and you'll be at the centre of it.
This is a newly created role, which means there's space to shape it. You'll lead a small team of 3-4, take charge of client reporting, and become a trusted second-in-command to the Financial Controller. One day you'll be producing management accounts, the next you might be revamping a reporting process, building a business case, or collaborating with IT on systems improvements.
You'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a knack for improving processes, leading teams, and handling client relationships. Excel fluency is essential. Experience with NAVision would be a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker.
