Your Role As A Shift Lead (Electrical) Will Include:

• Leading the engineering team on shift and acting as the main point of contact
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works
• Monitoring and maintaining all building electrical systems and infrastructure
• Responding to faults promptly to minimise disruption
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards
• Working within a continental shift pattern covering days and nights

Shift Pattern

Continental Shift Pattern:
• 4 Days ON / 6 Days OFF
• 4 Nights ON / 4 Days OFF
• 3 Days ON / 3 Nights ON / 4 Days OFF

The Successful Shift Lead (Electrical) Will Have:

• Strong background in electrical building services maintenance
• Experience working within commercial buildings or critical environments
• Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent)
• Experience leading or supervising engineers on shift
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
