Sheet Metal Fabricator / CNC Brake Press Operator
Location: Dartford
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday days

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Fabricator / CNC Brake Press Operator to join their skilled production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable, well-established business that values quality, teamwork, and professional development.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Reliable, organised, and able to manage their workload effectively

• Highly detail-focused, producing work to exact specifications

• Capable of working to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards

• A proactive team player with solid communication skills

• Operate CNC Brake Press machinery to manufacture high-precision components

• Use guillotines and a wide range of fabrication equipment

• Read, interpret, and work from detailed technical drawings

• Ensure all finished work meets strict quality requirements

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

• Carry out general fabrication duties as required

• Hands-on experience operating a CNC Brake Press

• Experience using guillotine cutting machinery

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Background in architectural finishes, metal fabrication, or the construction industry is highly advantageous
