We are looking for temporary staff to provide cover for this business front of house role. The role is a Receptionist position where you will be meeting and greeting customers to the centre and as well as full telephonist duties. This is a modern environment where customer service is very important to represent a first class image for the company.

We are looking for a candidate to carry out temporary work and it would be ideal if you are free to carry out work at other locations as the client has sites in various locations.

Location: Preston

Hours of work: 8am - 5pm various days to cover monday - saturday

Responsibilities/Daily Duties:

• First point of contact for welcoming Customers and Visitors to the site
• Taking telephone calls, passing the calls through to the Sales departments and various other departments
• Accurately taking messages and passing these on via outlook - timely
• Providing refreshments to visitors
• Maintaining the reception and visitor area and ensuring that customers are kept updated
• Assisting with call backs to customers to give updates
• Liaising with other sites and head office

Skills & Experience:

About you:

• • Well presented and very customer service focused
  • Experienced in handling calls and taking messages
  • Computer skills including word and outlook
  • Previous experience of reception would be beneficial however if you have a confident customer service background and are looking for a varied front of house role this would be ideal
  • Answer and manage the telephone system
  • Proactive and able to deal various tasks between calls and visitors to the centre
  • Good communication skills at all levels
