Multi-Disciplined Project Manager (London and South East)

We're looking for a driven, technically competent, and highly organised Multi-Disciplined Project Manager to join our growing and energetic team at EVI Group. In this key role, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of multi-discipline installation projects, primarily within the construction sector, and across a variety of services - Life Safety, Security, TV/Satellite (IRS), and/or Structured Cabling systems. Working on high-profile residential and commercial developments across London and the South East, you'll lead projects from mobilisation through to completion. We are a long-standing family business (operating for over 30 years!) with an array of exciting projects and are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team! What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years' experience delivering multi-discipline installation projects (Fire, Security, IRS and/or Structured Cabling)

* Track record of managing projects up to £1m (single contract value) from start to finish in a new build/construction environment

* Strong knowledge of systems such as: Fire Alarms, Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV, IRS (TV/Satellite), and/or Structured Cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Fibre)

* Experience preparing and managing project RAMS, procurement, subcontractor management, and labour scheduling

* Confident working with site teams, clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery

* Excellent understanding of H&S responsibilities and compliance in construction/live environments

* Commercially astute with ability to monitor project P&L, variations, payment applications and forecasting

* Strong reporting, documentation and QA management skills

* IT proficient - including MS Office Suite, Visio, and project/CRM software

* Current and valid construction industry and technical qualifications - ECS/CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, FIA units or similar, manufacturer training etc

* Positive attitude, highly organised and confident communicator
