Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: Nights | 20:30 - 06:00am | Full-time

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a busy warehouse team in Stoke-on-Trent running our Night shift from Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, process-driven leader who thrives on driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Warehouse Operations Manager Role:

You will oversee a team of 8 warehouse staff, managing all aspects of warehouse operations including cross-docking, groupage, and pallet network operations. This role is roughly 70% shop floor and 30% desk-based, allowing you to stay close to the team while also managing reporting, processes, and administration.

You will be responsible for:

Leading, motivating, and developing the warehouse team to deliver high performance.
Implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including cross-docking, groupage, and pallet network activities.
Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.What We're Looking For
