I am working with a reputable Manufacturing/Engineering business based in Ormskirk who are looking to recruit a Procurement Analyst to come in and support the wider global team across the MRO division.
This company manufacture a number of different creative and innovative products which serve into multiple sectors and are a globally recognised brand, designing and manufacturing products used by multiple global leading businesses.
The company are a global leader in their sector and have a worldwide operational presence as well as conducting sales in over half of the worlds countries. The business offer a fantastic flexible work policy and have a relaxed, collaborate and professional working atmosphere.
As Procurement Analyst, you will report to the Category Specialist and will be tasked with liaising with key stakeholders to deliver better visibility and reporting on strategic projects across the MRO division.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Procurement Analyst
* Management and improvements of spend visibility.
* Support and assistance for the Team in the tender analysis.
* Reporting on the Category performance.
* Excel data modelling.
* Global spend tracking.
* Forecasting, potential spend per supplier, material category, savings.
* Monthly procurement meeting slides preparation for the Category Management Team
* Gathering data and reporting on Supplier Performance
* Assisting the Team with identifying data concerning Health, Safety and Sustainability in line with Group targets
· Demonstrable Supply Chain/Procurement Analytical roles.
· Proven expertise in SAP and Excel reporting.
· Driven, proactive and tenacious.
Salary - Circa £34k - Depending on experience.
Package will include Pension, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Holiday Purchase Scheme (up to 5 days), Company performance related bonus (incrementally increases when achieving and exceeding targets - up to max of 10%), Private Healthcare, Car Subsidy Scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme up to 8%, Canteen facilities & Parking on site.
This role is 37.5 hours per week with flexibility around working hours - core hours are 8:30am-5pm.
