Job Title: Fabricator Sales Manager - Door Hardware

Area to be covered: National

Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 Basic + £75,000-£85,000 OTE

Benefits: Car allowance and benefits package

The role of the Fabricator Sales Manager - Door Hardware will involve:

* Field sales position selling high end manufactured range of door cylinders

* Focus of the role to sell into door fabricators and door installers

* Initially 75% new business development, 25% account management of an existing portfolio of door fabricator customers (although this will become 50/50 over time)

* Dedicated field sales professional for the fabricator customer base nationally

* Existing customer vary in size from 10 to 1,000 cylinders per month

* Initial are focus will be determined by applicants existing experience and relationships

* Remote based role, but with the option to work from the West Midlands UK head office when needed

The ideal applicant will be a Fabricator Sales Manager - Door Hardware with:

* Must have a proven track record of winning and managing door fabricator or door installer customers

* Knowledge of door hardware required

* Specific experience with door cylinders is not essential but may be advantageous

* Technology savvy

* Driven, tenacious and commission hungry

* Contacts within fabricator and installer customers preferred

* New business hunter

* Excellent attention to detail
