SALARY: £15000 - £17000/annum

The Client

Our client is looking for a part time Administrative Co-Ordinator / Order Processor to join their small team based near Ripon. This position is to start mid January 2019.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Dealing with customer enquiries either through email, telephone or in person

* Working with customers to find a solution for any complaints

* Ensuring all member information is updated and accurate on the company system

* Accurately recording information on the CRM system

* Passing customer enquiries onto the right department

* Order processing, including international orders

* Co-ordinating the order process

* Invoicing

* Import/Export paperwork

* General office administration

The ideal candidate will be a strong administration, with experience of using Microsoft Publisher and Excel, and the ability to work well as part of a small team. This is a senior role where you will be responsible for managing your own workload.

* Part time hours 25 hours per week over 5 days

* Attractive salary of £15000-£17000 p/a
