A leading, progressive UK law firm is seeking an exceptional Legal Director or senior lawyer to join its highly regarded Employment team. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished employment law specialist to take on a senior leadership role within a dynamic, people-focused practice known for its innovative approach, high-profile work, and collaborative culture.
About the Role
As a Legal Director or Partner within the Employment department, you will:

  • Lead on complex, high-value contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Advise a diverse client base, including media and creative industries, technology companies, charities, and senior executives
  • Drive strategic client relationships and contribute to the team's growth
  • Mentor and support junior lawyers, shaping the development of the department
  • Play an active role in business development and thought leadership initiatives
  • Provide commercially astute, pragmatic and solutions-focused advice

About You
We're looking for an individual with:

  • 8+ years PQE in high-quality employment work
  • Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of employment law
  • Proven experience handling complex tribunal litigation and advisory matters
  • A track record of developing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Leadership capability and enthusiasm for supporting team development
  • A commercial mindset, strategic approach, and excellent communication skills
