Care Assistant – Burnley – £13.00 per hour

Supporting residents in a large assisted living home

We’re looking for caring, reliable and hands-on Care Assistants to join our clients team in Burnley. You’ll be carrying out care visits within a large assisted living home, providing support to residents so they can live safely, comfortably and with dignity.

What you’ll do:

• Provide personal care to residents
• Support with manual handling and hoisting
• Administer and prompt medication in line with care plans
• Offer companionship, emotional support and encouragement
• Work closely with the care team to meet residents’ needs

What we’re looking for:

• Previous care experience
• Confidence in manual handling, hoisting and medication procedures
• A kind, patient and compassionate nature
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends

Pay & Benefits:
