About the Role
As a Quarry Operative, you will play a key part in supporting the safe and efficient running of the quarry. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating static plant in a safe, efficient and fully compliant manner, in line with your certifications
Operating smaller mobile plant as directed by Site Management
Carrying out general maintenance tasks to support the smooth running of plant equipment
Assisting with operational duties across the main processing plant
Following all safety, environmental and operational procedures
Supporting additional tasks within the scope of the role as required by Site Management

Capable of operating plant machinery confidently and responsibly
Willing to undertake a variety of tasks across the site
Flexible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
Eager to learn and develop within the quarrying and aggregates sector
Plant operation experience is beneficial, but full training support can be provided for the right candidate.
