Location: Doncaster

This is an exciting new opportunity in Doncaster for an experienced Marketer looking for a fresh challenge and their next career move. You will have experience across the full marketing mix of managing all marketing campaigns. You will also be confident with digital marketing, social media and manage all website content. The right candidate will also be responsible for managing the CRM system as well as building brand identity.
You will have a very "hands-on" work ethos and work effectively with a variety of internal teams in the business.


- This is a well established and growing business


- Have at least 3 to 4 years experience in a recognised marketing role
- Evidence of leading and executing specific marketing activities
- A comprehensive understanding of how marketing can directly and commercially influence the growth and profitability of an organisation
- Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and service providers
- An appreciation of how social media is impacting on business


- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Numerate, articulate with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to influence a senior audience; persuasive and confident with good presentation skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret data


- Manage the customer database; cleanse, maintain and develop customer data with a view to optimising accuracy
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop appropriate marketing material
- Plan, prepare and execute digital campaigns and direct marketing campaigns
- Undertake market research, primarily in the areas of product gap analysis, competitor analysis and general market information
- To take responsibility for the company brand, developing/enhancing brand guidelines
