Maths Teacher

We are seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join our school in Liverpool. This long-term role is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers who are ready to inspire and engage students with the exciting world of mathematics.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to students across various key stages.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to cater to varying needs and abilities.
• Utilize a range of educational tools and resources to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate activities and support overall student development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE in Mathematics.
• Experience in teaching Maths is preferred but not essential; NQTs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to motivate students and promote a positive attitude towards learning.
