What You'll Be Doing

Tooling & Equipment Coordination

* Maintain a live register of all hired-in tools and access equipment

* Track usage and ensure proper allocation across projects

* Monitor condition and escalate issues as needed

* Ensure all equipment meets health & safety standards

* Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and collection

Hire Fleet Management

* Oversee allocation and maintenance of factory hire platforms (e.g., FLT, Combi, Elevated Platforms)

* Coordinate hire needs with Finance and APMs

* Track performance metrics and suggest improvements

* Maintain operator and platform compliance records

Waste Management & Reporting

* Monitor and record waste data across the factory

* Ensure proper segregation, storage, and disposal in line with regulations

* Coordinate with waste contractors and manage documentation

* Produce monthly waste reports for internal and external use

* Support sustainability and recycling initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

* Experience in operations coordination, logistics, or facilities management

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Familiarity with H&S and environmental compliance in a factory or construction setting

* Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers

* A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Desirable

* Awareness of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001)

* Forklift or vehicle operation license (if applicable)
