Temporary Maintenance Operative - Student Accommodation (Salford)

Location: Salford

Hours: 20 hours per week

Duration: 1 week - 14th - 20th July

Pay: £13 - £14 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We're looking for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support our student accommodation site in Salford for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the property
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
Assist with room inspections and minor refurbishments as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general repairs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
