Our client are a leading Truck HGV supplier and service provider who are looking for Parts Adviser to join their small established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and supply parts to customers and workshop for the service and repair of HGVs
• Handle parts enquiries customers, and the service department.
• Liaise with suppliers prices, availability, and delivery times.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory using internal systems.
• Support workshop staff by ensuring parts are ready and available for scheduled jobs.
• Keep records updated and assist with stock audits as required.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the telephone

Requirements

• Experience in HGV parts
• Experienced in vehicle maintenance and repair within a commercial or heavy vehicle environment would be advantageous

What the Company offer - to include

Hours between 7 - 6 on split shifts (38 hours per week)

Additional requirement to work with one in two saturdays 7 - 12

Overtime rate 1.5
