The Opportunity:
TSR Legal Recruitment is delighted to be working with a respected Cheltenham-based law firm to recruit an IT Trainer and Technical Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a dual role combining IT training with technical support.
The Role:
In this hands-on, office-based role, you'll work closely with the IT Manager to ensure smooth operation of the firm's tech infrastructure, with a focus on:

• Delivering clear and engaging IT training to staff across all departments
• Supporting digital literacy and best practice across software and systems
• Providing first-line technical support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Assisting in the management of meeting room tech and AV equipment
• Promoting efficient use of Microsoft 365, MS Teams Telephony, and key business software
• Offering support in database development and data analysis

About You:
We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can deliver effective training in both one-on-one and group settings
• Has a solid grasp of IT systems and business applications
• Brings working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business tools
• Is proactive, organised, and service-focused
• Enjoys solving problems and enabling others to succeed
