About the Role

You'll play a key part in the commercial team, responsible for procuring materials and plant in line with programme and budget needs. It's a role where you'll work closely with site teams, build supplier relationships, and help keep projects moving smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Procuring materials and plant to support live projects
Managing supplier relationships and negotiating best value deals
Coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time supply to sites
Supporting site managers and commercial staff with procurement needs
Monitoring market trends and pricing to inform buying strategy

What You'll Need

Experience in a Buying or Assistant Buying role within the construction sector
A solid understanding of procurement, plant hire, and materials supply
Good communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Confidence working with both site and office teams
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
