Our client is looking for a driven and personable finance professional to play a key role in the smooth operation of their finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced business that values ambition and collaboration.

Skills & Experience:

• Oversee all aspects of financial accounting and month/year-end close processes for the overseas entity, ensuring timely and accurate reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Prepare annual statutory accounts, manage both group and local audit processes.
• Support local tax submissions including VAT returns, Corporation Tax, and regulatory filings.
• Act as the go-to for all European entity financial matters, collaborating closely with the US Controllership team and local advisors.
• Liaise with external partners (auditors, tax advisors, banks), identify process improvement opportunities, and support on ad hoc financial projects.
• Work with the Transaction Controller to ensure all day-to-day accounting is accurate and timely within the EMEA Shared Services team.

Skills & Experience:

• Professional qualification ACA, CA
• Proven experience within a similar level opportunity
• Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS
• Experience preparing statutory accounts and leading audits
• Strong tech / software skills
