In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver a new operational model, developing effective processes and workflows while acting as a critical link between internal teams and customers. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy driving clarity, coordination, and results, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage all project communications, internal and external.

Launch & Close Projects Effectively

  • Prepare and launch project kick-off activities, ensuring all pre-work documentation and project folders are ready.
  • Coordinate weekly reports, KPIs, and daily project board updates.
  • Lead post-project reviews and customer surveys.

Support Site Operations

  • Ensure all documentation is indexed, traceable, and stored correctly.
  • Promote adherence to Health & Safety policies and escalate issues as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong project management experience—from implementation through delivery.

  • Hands-on, collaborative mindset.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and solutions-driven.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate data clearly.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Why Join Us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how projects are planned, executed, and delivered within a growing and operationally complex environment. You’ll work with a motivated team, help drive continual improvements, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
