Are you an organised, proactive, and people-focused project professional looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Project Control & Planning Manager to join our central Planning & Control function—supporting operational excellence across the full lifecycle of customer projects.
In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver a new operational model, developing effective processes and workflows while acting as a critical link between internal teams and customers. What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan & Coordinate Projects
- Manage customer projects from contract handover through completion.
- Track progress against milestones and ensure alignment with internal teams.
- Support operational delivery across Sales, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Technical Leads, Logistics and more.
Be the Key Point of Contact
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage all project communications, internal and external.
- Support customer decision points, including technical milestones (e.g., configuration-specific decisions).
Launch & Close Projects Effectively
- Prepare and launch project kick-off activities, ensuring all pre-work documentation and project folders are ready.
- Coordinate weekly reports, KPIs, and daily project board updates.
- Lead post-project reviews and customer surveys.
Support Site Operations
- Assist the General Managers with planning, record keeping, and operational compliance.
- Ensure all documentation is indexed, traceable, and stored correctly.
- Promote adherence to Health & Safety policies and escalate issues as needed
