Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo
Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils
Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student's individual needs
