The Best Connection Earls Court branch are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of one of our valued clients - Full Time Job.
This is a temp-to-perm, fully remote role ideal for a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries through phone, email, and online channels. You will play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and positive customer experience while maintaining accurate customer records and supporting day-to-day service operations.

Temp-to-Perm
12-week temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent thereafter.
Pay Rate
£18.00 per hour + bonus + benefits
Key Responsibilities as
Customer Service Advisor- Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Update and maintain customer records on internal systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality procedures
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role, ideally 1-2 years or more
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new databases
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work well independently
- A team-focused approach and strong sense of professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience handling high volumes of calls and emails
- Previous background in retail, telecoms, or utilities customer service
- Multichannel support experience across phone, email, and web chat
