The Best Connection Earls Court branch are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of one of our valued clients - Full Time Job.

This is a temp-to-perm, fully remote role ideal for a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries through phone, email, and online channels. You will play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and positive customer experience while maintaining accurate customer records and supporting day-to-day service operations.

Temp-to-Perm

12-week temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent thereafter.

Pay Rate

£18.00 per hour + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Update and maintain customer records on internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality procedures
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role, ideally 1-2 years or more
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new databases
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work well independently
  • A team-focused approach and strong sense of professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Desirable Skills
  • Experience handling high volumes of calls and emails
  • Previous background in retail, telecoms, or utilities customer service
  • Multichannel support experience across phone, email, and web chat
