Head of Modern Slavery Services

Role Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Modern Slavery Services to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality victim care services. This strategic role involves managing teams, developing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and operational oversight for Modern Slavery Victim Care services.

* Line manage and support team managers, ensuring high performance and engagement.

* Develop strategic stakeholder engagement plans and represent the organisation at regional meetings.

* Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, audits, and quality standards.

* Coordinate management information, financial reporting, and service user engagement activities.

* Drive service development projects aligned with organisational strategy.

Requirements:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a people management role.

* Experience working with victims of trafficking, asylum seekers, or refugees.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

* Excellent IT skills (MS Office).

Special Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS/PVG/Access NI check and Counter Terrorist Check. - This will be completed for you.

* Willingness to travel across the UK and participate in out-of-hours on-call rota.
