Our client, a leading local authority in London, is currently seeking a Building Control Surveyor to join their team. As a Building Control Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building regulations and providing guidance on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections and assessments of buildings at various stages of construction.
Reviewing and approving building plans and specifications.
Providing expert advice and guidance on building regulations and standards.
Investigating and resolving any non-compliance issues.

Job Requirements:
