Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Top 20 Main Contractor in the UK.

The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.

Current projects range from £50m to £350m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.

The Opportunity:

Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor

2 No. Secondary Education New Build/Refurbishment projects - £40m and £50m contract values. 3 Year contract programme.

* My client is looking to appoint a Senior QS or an 'up and coming' Project QS to work across two concurrent education projects in Stanmore and Hayes.

* The positions will report to The Commercial Lead spanning both projects.

* You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction and design colleagues.

* They company have an excellent reputation for investing in their staff and have a proven track record of promoting on merit.

Candidates will need to have relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor ideally gained on projects of a similar size and scope. Education sector experience is not required.

Candidates will need to have a stable career history with reputable Tier 1 contractors or developers.

A degree or similar qualification is preferred and support will be provided to candidates wishing to attain membership of RICS or CIOB.

They are offering a salary of c. £70k to £90k DOE + a generous benefits package which includes car allowance, travel allowance, life insurance, healthcare, very good pension scheme, and other benefits.
