Location: S80 (Approximately 25 minutes from Sheffield, 40 minutes from Nottingham)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum (Up to 60K with bonus structure also)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new single occupancy children's home. This is a pivotal role requiring a compassionate, resilient, and forward-thinking individual to help take the home through Ofsted registration and inspection.

This is your chance to make a real impact by shaping a home from the ground up and leading a committed team to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for a young person with complex needs.

What You'll Be Doing

* Lead, develop and inspire a dedicated staff team

* Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards

* Drive high-quality care planning and implementation

* Manage home operations, budgets and resources effectively

* Build strong relationships with external professionals and stakeholders

* Maintain robust safeguarding and compliance frameworks

* Support staff through supervision, development and performance reviews

What We're Looking For

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

* Proven experience in a children's residential setting

* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations

* Demonstrated success achieving at least 'Good' in Ofsted inspections

* A therapeutic, child-centred and trauma-informed approach

* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
