Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial analysis.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across manufacturing operations.
• Implement and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Partner with operational teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and develop a small team creating a forward-thinking and efficient finance function.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (essential).
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and leading change initiatives.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Extremely strong Excel & systems skills
