About the Role

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company's renowned quality standards. You will:

* Manage site teams and subcontractors across residential, commercial, and agricultural projects

* Collaborate with architects, clients, and consultants to ensure project goals are met

* Monitor progress, budgets, and health & safety compliance

* Provide leadership, technical guidance, and problem-solving support on site

* Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company's commitment to customer care

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry

* Strong background in residential, refurbishment, and/or commercial projects

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

* A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

* Full UK driving licence

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field preferred
