About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our Clients team in Edinburgh. This role is the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and support is delivered to a high standard. You will play a vital part in coordinating requests, maintaining records, and providing administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and tickets.

*

Log, track, and manage helpdesk requests in line with agreed SLAs.

*

Allocate tasks to the appropriate team members or contractors.

*

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.

*

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

*

Support wider administrative duties within the office as required.

Skills & Experience

*

Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or administrative role.

*

Strong IT skills, including MS Office and helpdesk/ticketing systems.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

*

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
