Northampton 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights, 6am-6pm)
Fixed Rotating Shift Pattern with 18 Days Off

The Role as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

As part of our engineering team as a multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all site machinery and assets operate reliably and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

Executing both planned and reactive maintenance safely and to a high standard

Maintaining production assets in line with site requirements and performance KPIs

Using SAP to record all maintenance tasks (full training provided)

Contributing to engineering standards and continuous improvement

Following safe systems of work and risk assessments for all tasks

Working closely with both engineering and production teams

Booking out parts correctly to support stock management

Essential Skills & Qualities to be a successful Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

Strong electrical maintenance experience with mechanical maintenance knowledge

Apprenticeship completed, HND, HNC, OND, ONC, City & Guilds, BTec, NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical coversion to Electrical
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
