Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer

Location: Livingston, Central Scotland

Salary/Benefits: £25k - £34k + Training & Benefits

We are seeking a switched-on and hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer to cover a mix of commercial and public sector sites within the Central Belt of Scotland. You will be providing a high level of service whilst conducting a range of ACOP L8 management tasks. Our client is a growing, medium-sized outfit, who have the infrastructure to implement excellent training plans for hardworking engineers. The successful candidate can expect excellent salaries and benefits, including: company vehicle, overtime, pension scheme and annual leave allowance.

Ideally, you will be based in: Livingston, Queensferry, Broxburn, Ediburgh, Penicuik, Bonnyrigg, Linlithgow, Bo'ness, Falkirk, Denny, Shotts, Whitburn, Bathgare, Carluke, Lanark, Dalkieth, Dunfermline, Stirling, Airdrie, Coatbridge, Stonehouse, Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Milngavie, Croy, Giffnock, Barrhead, Renfew, Paisley, Clydebank, Johnstone, Glasgow.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Good track record working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a well-established outfit

* Professional attitude

* Good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Comfortable liaising with clients directly

* Proficient using IT software and good literacy and numeracy skills

* Experience working across a mixed portfolio of client sites

The Role:

* TMV servicing

* Showerhead disinfections

* Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks

* Sampling from closed systems

* Calorifier inspections

* Water sampling

* Temperature monitoring

* Completing detailed service reports

* Representing the company in a professional manner
