Job Title: Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hursley Park Rd, Hursley, Winchester
Salary: £38,000 + Call-Out Allowance (£3,360 annually)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Call-Out Rota: 1 in 4 (Standby payment of £280)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team of 7 engineers at a prestigious campus in Hursley. This is a varied and rewarding role covering planned and reactive maintenance across 8 buildings including a coffee shop, office spaces, a karate club, a cricket club, and a Grade II listed building.

You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a range of building systems including HVAC, pumps, air conditioning, and general mechanical and electrical plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance across a wide range of M&E systems.

Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC and pump systems.

*

Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with industry regulations.

*

Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota, providing standby cover and attending site when required.

*

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure high standards of service delivery across the estate.

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

*

Must hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

*

Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

*

Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, and air conditioning units.

*

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Willingness to take part in a call-out rota (1 in 4).

*

Authorised Person (AP) training will be provided as part of the role.
