Your Role as an Art ECT Will Include:

Teaching Art and Design across Key Stage 3, and supporting GCSE groups as appropriate

Creating dynamic and inclusive lessons that allow students to explore media, techniques, and personal ideas

*

Developing students' confidence in visual literacy, creative thinking, and critique

*

Contributing to the running of after-school art clubs, gallery visits, or collaborative projects

*

Working closely with colleagues to ensure a coherent and engaging curriculum

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds QTS (or is on track to achieve it) with a specialism in Art and Design

*

Has a strong artistic portfolio and technical skills across a range of media

*

Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching and supporting diverse learners

Is reflective, hardworking, and committed to continuous improvement

Will contribute to the wider life and community of the school
