Primary School Caretaker required in Kensington

At Engage Education Services, we’re currently recruiting for a School Caretaker in Kensington. They are looking for an experienced School Caretaker with experience managing a School campus.

Hours-42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00

Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non-classroom-based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.

About the role

As a School Caretaker, you’ll be an experienced facilities professional who supervises work across the school with both external and internal contractors. You will have keyholder responsibilities and will be expected to:

Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Dust and wipe down surfaces

Clean and sanitise restrooms

Empty trash cans and replace liners

Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

This is a full-time, temporary - permanent role.

Experience working within a school environment

A valid DBS on the DBS update service

Be available to interview and start immediately
