Hi We’re working with a well established membership organisation to find a Learning Operations Manager to support the end to end delivery of their Academy learning programmes.This is a key role responsible for ensuring courses, workshops and professional schemes are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, instructors and learners, playing a central role in maintaining a high quality learning experience.

As a Learning Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling and delivery of all courses and learning events
  • Oversee logistics, instructor coordination and preparation of course materials
  • Manage delivery of professional schemes, endorsements and recognition services
  • Maintain and update online courses in collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for learners, managing enrolments, assessments and certification
  • Monitor delivery quality, gather feedback and produce reports for senior stakeholders
  • Maintain delivery processes, documentation and audit trails
  • Support social media scheduling and provide insights to improve engagement
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in training delivery, learning operations or programme coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery cycles
  • Experience working with an LMS platform such as Moodle
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience supporting quality assurance processes within a learning environment
