• Design, implement and maintain comprehensive networking architectures.
• Manage network infrastructure ensuring high availability, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other associated network equipment.
• Develop and enforce policies for network administration, security protocols, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to assess near and long-term network capacity needs and network performance management.
• Ensure disaster recovery and data backup systems are in place and tested regularly.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior network staff.

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Manager in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
• Excellent ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, BGP, and OSPF.
• Advanced knowledge in deploying and maintaining Wireless Infrastructure.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with thorough attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
